BEER
GARDEN
OF EDEN
Stylized jungle scene, animal roars, clouds roiling,
bleeding lightning bolts,
while in
background upon a plateau shines a beautiful graden,
obviously Paradise.
Adam, clutching a club, struggles through the stylized
jungle,
then enters
an open tent saloon, glancing back expectantly as if for
someone.
Putting down the club, he sits at a table.
"Tough day, huh," the barternder says.
"Wow!" adam
shrugs, "Tell me."
"Usual?" the bartender asks.
"Indeed," Adam says.
Suddenly, Eve bursts in. Behind her, we see Paradise
on the hill.
"We can go back!' she announces, excitedly,
"He said, we can go back!'
But Adam hesitates.
"Come on!" Eve hisses.
She holds up a red apple and with finality tosses it
over her shoulder.
But Adam does not stir. He looks anxiously towards the
bartender.
"What are you waiting for?!" Eve pants.
The bartender, at last, sets an icy beer in front of
Adam.
"Ahhhh," Adam says, savoring the beer.
Now Eve, too, hesitates.
After glancing over her shoulder at Paradise -
"Uh, one more,"
she tells the bartender.
She joins Adam.
